Our awesome pals over at Molly Rose Brewing have created a one-of-a-kind local beer and a liqueur as part of their Not Wasted series, turning CERES food waste and produce into something delicious!
They’ve taken those tasty banana bread offcuts from our Merri Cafe and turned them into a Banana Bread Liqueur – yes, you read that right. But that's not all! The Not Wasted beer also features basil and rosemary leaves from Joe’s Market Garden, plus preserved lemons from the Merri Cafe.
So, what’s the plan? Swing by the Merri Cafe for a night of delicious eats, tasty brews and a yarn. There’ll be a DJ, sunset views, and of course, the much-anticipated beers waiting to be tasted.
