About Smithward
Since opening in October 2015, Fitzroy locals Graham Hill and his wife Georgina Russell have brought their dream of a European-inspired small, neighbourhood bar to life, and Smithward has become a favourite of those who frequent this cosy wine bar tucked away at the southern end of Smith Street in Collingwood.
Graham and Georgina make regular road trips to all corners of the state to source undiscovered gems for Smithward�s unique, exclusively Victorian wine list. Complementing the wine is Smithward�s speciality of grilled-to-order Raclette cheese melted over steaming hot potatoes, as well as regular specials and a hand-picked selection of cheese and charcuterie served with Graham's own sourdough bread.
